The Plans I Have for You (Devotional): Giveaway!

Tweens are difficult. There is no way around that fact.

Getting a tween to open up to you about life and questions is even more difficult than just asking them to clean their room or do their homework.

It’s important at their age to have a safe place to talk or think, and I love that with the The Plans I Have for You Devotional, Miss Sassy Pants can have some private thinking with the guidance of Scripture.

The moment we received the set, Miss Sassy Pants was beyond excited to open it and check things out. She was set up at her desk with her fancy light on so that she could take some time and begin with the first devotional.

I love the way it is set up. There are 90 days, and each devotional is written in terms that appeal to her age range (8-12 years). She can start and stop any time she wants as they are not dated.

The illustrations within both the devotional and the journal are not too childish, and she commented on how awesome she thought it looked.

I look forward to hearing what Miss Sassy Pants has to say as she continues her way through the devotional and her personal journaling. It is my prayer that she will grow both in spirit and knowledge of the Word.

  1. I don’t have any girls this young anymore, but I have a little girl in my church that comes to mind. I would love to share this with her.

  2. I definitely would give to my tween Princess. She is this amazing young lady, being a young believer I think she’d benefit from a scripture based safe place to blurb.
    Free to be me..erg her.
