Mamavation Monday: Starting the 2 Week Challenge
Because I don’t want to depress anyone, I’m not going to really report on my progress or lack thereof. Let me just say that candy and soda were involved. I have moved on, however, and am getting back on track.
To do that, I’ve started the 2 Week Challenge with Mamavation. I’m doing the “Advanced” workout, and today was day 1.
Miss Sassy Pants served as my coach, and boy was she a good one! She counted everything for me, and she even said, “Come on! Make this last one count!” She’s awesome.
After I finished my last set of Burpees, she decided to show me how they were really done — and proceeded to do 20 right in a row — without much hesitation! I’m sure it has nothing to do with her age or anything, right? (Or maybe it’s MY age that is the problem!)
So, goals for this week are:
- Walk and complete my 2 week challenge workout daily
- WATER WATER WATER
- Sleep at a normal hour
- Get work done when work should be done
- Get this house straight!
