Last Letter: A Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

At our house, Game Night is always fun. Miss Sassy Pants has always enjoyed trying out our “old” games — Scrabble, Life, Guess Who, and Pictionary are frequent fliers. We have the most fun playing games that really challenge us and make us compete with one another. These types of games are generally the word games.

When we tried out Last Letter, it took a few minutes to get used to the game. The goal is to deal out five cards to each player. The dealer then puts another card down in the center and says the name of something in the picture.

Once that word is stated, the other players hurry to find something on one of their cards that begins with the last letter of the word the dealer chose. When they find that item on their own cards, they lay a card down and say the word. Play continues as the participants look for words that begin with the last letter of the word on the card that was last played.

The person who gets rid of their cards the fastest wins!

Miss Sassy Pants and I really enjoyed playing. Aaron enjoyed sitting on the sidelines and helping her a bit when she struggled to find a word.

The images on the cards are interesting and engaging. You could play many, many times before really seeing all of the things in the pictures.
