Coffee!! {Java Factory Review & Giveaway}
After Flash was born, my taste buds grew up a little bit. I found an actual taste for coffee that I never, in all my life, thought I’d ever had. Growing up, I adored the smell of coffee. It was a staple to my mornings at Mom and Dad’s house. When I moved out, I missed the smell and tried to become a coffee lover just to have that brewed coffee smell in my house. I wasn’t successful.
Aaron, luckily, was a coffee drinker. When we moved in together, that morning coffee aroma was back. Here and there, I tried a sip of his coffee only to find that I still hated it. Then one day, when I was in a hotel that didn’t serve a complimentary breakfast (this is an injustice, people), I was forced to drink the coffee in the room so that my stomach wouldn’t eat itself. The only thing available was powdered creamer, so I skipped that and went with just black coffee and sugar.
Light bulb.
I am not a fan of creamer, and that may have been why I’ve never liked coffee before. (So, it turns out Dad’s way of drinking coffee wins over Mom’s and Aaron’s.)
When I found out I would get to try Java Factory’s varieties of coffee, I was really excited. Now that I have a taste for the stuff, I’m all about trying new flavors. (It also doesn’t hurt that Flash has weaned, and I’m no longer steering clear of caffeine – go me!)
The Java Factory variety pack is Aaron and Lydia approved! We really enjoyed trying the different flavors (Vanilla Dream and Choconut) and the different roasts.
At the factory, we carefully hand craft each of our specialty roasts with an obsessive attention to detail because we love coffee as much as you do. We labor over every flavor, note, and aroma to bring you coffees that are so smooth and flavorful; you’ll want to drink them all day long. Included are a light roast, medium roast and dark roast along with several wonderful flavored coffees.
My favorite, hands down, was the Vanilla Dream. I really liked that I could still have my black coffee (with sugar) but have a flavor as well. The vanilla and toffee flavor were delicious. Today, I couldn’t find anymore, and I got really upset. Luckily, Aaron showed me he’d put them in our pod organizer. I still have a few left!

Cream and stevia!
My favorite way to drink coffee is with raw sugar and almond milk 🙂
I toggle between taking it black to just a little cream.
I usually just put Stevia or some other sweetener in my coffee, but once in a while I’ll put some coffee creamer in it.
Black for me.
When I drink coffee, it’s instant with lots of cream and sugar.
Iced, with sugar and lots of cream.
I’m not a coffee drinker, but my husband is. I’m hoping to win this for him and his coworkers!
I love a splash of organic half & half, but have become accustomed to drinking black coffee.
