Baby, Baby! (Review)

Baby, Baby! (Review)

Baby Diva loves books. Since she was able to choose her own activities, she’s moved toward books and often sits for quite some time just looking at the pictures and turning the pages. At just shy of 18 months, I’d like to believe that she’s going to be a reader…something her big sister always was and still is.

So if I’m going to offer books to Baby Diva, I want to be certain that, in the long run, they have both vibrant images and a sweet message.

This is one reason we’ve really enjoyed Baby, Baby! Baby, Baby! has a sweet rhyme that talks about all the things that babies do. In the end, it provides a reminder that God loves the baby reading the book, too. And then baby has a chance to see herself in a mirror in the book.

Baby Diva loves looking at the pictures of the babies who are doing a variety of baby things. And in the end, she’s rewarded with a mirror to look at her favorite baby — herself.

A sweet, colorful board book that appeals to a baby’s interest in looking at other babies

Babies enjoy books, looking at other babies, and their own flowering abilities. This short rhyming poem combines all three in a sweet and happy way, while introducing babies to God’s love for them. The simple words are paired with colorful images of babies engaging in familiar activities, allowing the book to be used as an introductory concept book as well. And it ends with a reminder that Baby is always loved by God.

This giveaway is sponsored by Flyby Promotions. I was given a copy of the book in exchange for an honest review. Opinions are 100% my own.
